The Best is Yet to Come- A message from CEO, John M. Schapiro
November 30, 2018 New York, NY
Anniversaries are certainly a time for reflection but they are also a time to look forward. Windsor has long been validated by the marketplace with a sustainability aimed at the future and I couldn’t be more elated about things to come. I’m often asked how it’s possible to stay motivated and quite simply, the stamina is a result of partnering with colleagues who are dedicated, collaborative and unyielding in their desire for excellence.
Each day affords us the endless potential to improve upon the past so this 9th year makes me think of our 19th year and just how far we will go, the goals we shall accomplish. Our plans for the future include an expanded Technology Division, global partnerships enhancing our robust Accounting and Finance Division and new offerings from our Payroll Services Division.
We have already achieved so much through our nationwide partnerships, expansion into new verticals and revenue growth. We have surpassed all of these milestones and many more with a voluntary retention rate of 92%. That said, the real achievement is the family at Windsor Resources who focuses on the future with a palpable respect for our purpose. Each placement made by our Recruiters illustrates how we promote economic fortitude. Regardless of the division, whether it’s Temporary Staffing, Technology, Office Support, Accounting and Finance or Creative Services, we are in a business that offers security and advancement for both clients and candidates.
Many thanks to the incredible family at Windsor Resources and the community of partners that have been so supportive from the beginning. Just wait, the best is yet to
-John M. Schapiro
